Send us the notice today

A short summary and the date on your notice is usually enough to identify which kind it is and what time is left. If police suspended you at the roadside, say so in the first line: that 28 days runs from the day you were suspended, not from the day you were sent anything.

Please do not send detail about your matter before a conflict check. A short summary is enough to arrange a first conversation.

What to say first

Which notice you have, the date printed on it, the date you received it, and what your driving is needed for.

If the period is close

Telephone rather than using the form. An appeal must be lodged within the period stated on your notice and it does not pause while you wait for a reply.

Before you send documents

Photographs of the notice are enough to start. Please do not send your whole file: a conflict check has to happen before a law practice can receive the detail of your matter.

Do not drive until you have asked

Lodging an appeal may stay a suspension, but that depends on the decision appealed. Driving while suspended is a separate offence. Confirm the position before you drive.

Who you are contacting

What this is not

Sending this form does not create a lawyer and client relationship, and nothing on this website is advice about your situation. See our terms of use and privacy policy.
